Future University, recognized among the top universities in Bareilly, has inaugurated an inspiring five day Scout Guide Training Camp for the D.El.Ed Batch 2024 to 26 under the Department of Education starting from 6 March 2026. As a top university in Bareilly, the institution continues to create opportunities where students learn discipline, leadership, and social responsibility through experiential and skill oriented activities beyond the classroom.

The training camp is being conducted under the expert guidance of District Scout Training Commissioner Dr. Pushpakant Sharma and District Guide Education Training Commissioner Dr. Jamunawati. The inaugural session was led by the Head of the Department of Education Dr. Sarvesh Gangwar along with Prof. Ish Kakar, who addressed the trainees and highlighted the importance of the Scout Guide movement in developing character, discipline, and leadership qualities among future educators.

During the five day camp, students are receiving practical training in tent pitching, different knot techniques, first aid practices, team building activities, leadership development sessions, and community service initiatives. These activities are designed to strengthen cooperation, self reliance, discipline, and social awareness among participants. Dr. Pushpakant Sharma emphasized that Scout Guide training plays a significant role in the holistic development of students by nurturing confidence, teamwork, and civic responsibility. Dr. Jamunawati also encouraged the trainees to adopt the principles of scouting in their daily lives and to become role models for the communities they will serve as educators.
