The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Future University successfully organized CCPS 2026, a Core Concepts in Pharmaceutical Sciences refresher programme, on 13 April 2026 at the FIP Seminar Hall. Designed for B.Pharm and M.Pharm students, the programme focused on strengthening academic foundations while bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations. Through expert sessions, concept revision modules, and interactive discussions, students gained deeper insights into pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmacognosy, and pharmaceutical chemistry, preparing them for clinical practice, research, and pharmaceutical careers.

A key highlight of the programme was the hands on medicine making experience, where students actively engaged in drug formulation processes and understood real world pharmaceutical applications. The sessions also emphasized industry readiness, covering manufacturing workflows, quality assurance, regulatory practices, and employability skills. Guided by experienced mentors, the initiative not only enhanced conceptual clarity but also boosted students’ confidence, making CCPS 2026 a meaningful step toward academic excellence and professional growth in the pharmaceutical field.
